2 years warranty

As required by Swiss law, you have a 2-year warranty on all products purchased from Power-Tools.ch.

Guarantee voucher

The invoice serves as a warranty card. Please keep it carefully. If you have lost your warranty card, you can print it again in your customer account. If you do not have a customer account, please contact us by e-mail ([email protected]) or via our contact form.

Warranty process

If a product is found to be defective and it is a case of warranty, please contact us by email (info@power-tools) or via our contact form.

Please note: We do not have a repair shop or repair certifications for your tools. Each warranty activation request will be forwarded to the service department of the brand of the concerned tool.

Extended warranty

The two-year warranty period passes much faster than you think. With some of our partners, you have the possibility to extend the manufacturer's warranty for an additional year free of charge. With this extended warranty, you are protected against technical defects for three years, provided that the defect is a technical fault of the machine and not due to misuse. The guarantees are provided by the manufacturers. Power-Tools.ch is not the provider of these warranties but undertakes to act as a link between the customer and the brand. Fees may apply. 

In case of shipment, the sender (buyer) is responsible for the costs and risks of transportation.
