1. Repairs and claims

What should I do if my device has a technical defect?

If your device has a technical defect during or after the warranty period, please contact us directly at [email protected].


2. Address and account changes

Can I change my address and user data myself?

Addresses can be changed in "My Account". Note: as soon as an order has been placed and an address has to be changed afterwards, you have to contact us.


I can no longer access my customer account. What can I do?

To create a new password, please go to the "My Account" menu and click on "Forgot your password?", before entering your e-mail address corresponding to your customer account. You will receive an e-mail back with the link to change your password.


3. Delivery and delivery time

What is the delivery time?

Products that are in stock are usually delivered within one to two working days after payment has been received.


I have not yet received my delivery. What should I do?

Your customer account displays the status of your order. "Pending payment transaction" means that the payment has not yet been posted. Please check if your payment has been executed correctly. When "In process" is displayed, the order has been transmitted to the supplier. We will be happy to inform you about the delivery date with the supplier's customer service.


Can I set my own delivery date for bulky equipment?

In the case of bulky equipment, we normally arrange the date by telephone, taking into account individual proposals as far as possible.


I have not received my package, despite the confirmation of the tracking of the shipment by the Post Office. What should I do?

Before filling out a search form with the Post Office, please check with your neighbors to see if they received the package.


How is a bulky device delivered? What happens when I am not home? Will it be brought to my apartment?

Free delivery is to the curb (in front of the door) and is usually announced.


4. General requests

I placed an order with prepayment, I haven't paid the money yet and I would like to exchange the item.

Unfortunately, we are not able to change orders or exchange items at a later date. However, if you have not yet paid, we can of course cancel the order so that you can order the new article you need.


Is it possible to go directly to a showroom to buy the goods?

No, we sell exclusively online.


I selected the wrong payment method, can I correct it?

Unfortunately, the payment method cannot be changed later. The order can be cancelled by our customer service and then you can place a new order.


How long does it take to get a refund for a cancelled and already paid order?

Please tell us when you request a cancellation in which form you would like the refund. In principle, a gift card will be issued with the corresponding order value as soon as possible. If you prefer a refund, please provide us with your account details (IBAN number). The refund will take about a week.


Can I speed up the process with prepayment when I present proof of payment immediately?

An order with advance payment is triggered as soon as the payment is received. This procedure cannot be accelerated.


I bought an item yesterday that is now much cheaper. Can you refund the difference to my bank account?

We work with the net prices of the day. In order to be one of the most advantageous online shops in Switzerland, price adjustments are possible at any time. A refund of the price difference is excluded.


5. Cancellations and returns

If I am not satisfied with the item I ordered, can I return it?

If the article has not yet been opened (unpacked), we can discuss the case with the supplier. If the article has been opened (unwrapped), a return is unfortunately not accepted.


Can I cancel my order online?

A cancellation of the order can only be executed by our customer service.


6. Warranty / Invoice / Delivery note

What is the warranty period for my device?

We offer a 2-year warranty on all devices. The original warranty with all necessary information is delivered with the device. The delivery note serves as a warranty certificate - the warranty period begins on the date of delivery.


Where can I find the warranty card?

The delivery note serves as a guarantee note.


How do I get a new delivery/warranty slip if I have misplaced mine?

The delivery note is always used as a guarantee note. Please keep it in a safe place. If you should lose the warranty card, please contact our customer service.
